At the Little People Academies, we’re much more than just preschool operations support and consulting — we’re a movement rooted in over 50 years of combined hands-on experience in the child care industry. Having experienced the real life-hustle of owning and operating joyful, high-quality preschool programs, our leadership team brings decades of wisdom, innovation, and deep care to every school we serve. LPA officially stepped into its own brand identity in early 2022, just as the world was finding its rhythm again post-COVID.

That time reminded us how vital connection really is — so we made it our mission to bring community back. We didn’t just rebuild; we reimagined. From cozy potlucks and family hangout days to all-out adventures, we brought our individual preschool families together and watched magic happen. Friendships blossomed, support networks grew, and a vibrant, shared culture began to thrive. But the connection didn’t stop with families — our teachers linked arms too. With open exchanges of ideas, resources, and wisdom, they sparked a beautiful wave of collaboration across classrooms and campuses. The result? A thriving ecosystem of early learning, grounded in care, innovation, and community.
